Yes! If you are an existing customer, you can head to coinspect.zendesk.com, where we have a number of articles and videos for both agents and administrators. You can also email support@coinspectapp.com, or call 1-877-394-6046.
Agent users have access to the “data capture” side of our application; they can complete inspections and view the reports of the completed inspections done by both themselves and others. Administrators can also do these activities, but have a few additional capabilities.

In addition to performing inspections, Administrators can also export data, build/modify and delete users, properties, and checklists, view and update completed inspections, and view completion, time, and score related metrics.
CoInspect is currently supported on iOS, Android, and web-based platforms.
Each individual client is hosted on its own, dedicated server. Your data will not be shared with anyone else without your permission.
We currently support integrations with Bluetooth thermometers, that can pull in a temperature of an item into CoInspect. Other integrations can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We understand that moving from paper-based checklists to a digital platform is more than just a simple conversion of your content. We encourage you to take use of our additional features such as pop-up messages, randomized questions, required photos, conditional questions, scoring, and embedded content to make your checklists the best they can be!
Nope! You can complete as many inspections as you need.
CoInspect is designed to be used offline; however, we do need a connection for you to:

1) Log-in and
2) Sync your progress. We back up your data locally until you have a connection to sync your work to the server.
There are no limits on how long data is stored with us. Everything you complete in CoInspect from Day 1 will always be accessible to you.
First, we’ll ask you to provide us with your current forms in a digital format (Excel, Word,etc.). Our dedicated team of checklist experts will convert the form into CoInspect, and will provide suggestions on how to provide your teams the most value. Once reviewing the form with you, we can make it available for everyone in your organization to use.

Alternatively, you can also convert the form on your own using our Checklist Editor.
